If you are unable or unwilling to pay the customs or import fees required to clear your order, Time+Tide can assist with arranging its return.

For orders that have not been received by the customer, an A$100 restocking fee per watch will apply and will be deducted from the final refund, converted into the currency used for purchase.

If you have already received your order and wish to return it due to a change of mind, our standard Change of Mind Return Policy (as below) will apply, and no restocking fee will be charged.

Your item can be returned 30 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

Every Nivada Grenchen watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.

Nivada Grenchen's warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. Nivada Grenchen will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop.

Please note Nivada Grenchen's warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

- Theft, loss.
- Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
- All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided.
- All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Nivada Grenchen sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
