Known to many through his popular Wrist Enthusiast Instagram account, Karger decided to move beyond collection and reviewing and create a brand of his own. The result is Wren, a microbrand dedicated to crafting carefully designed dive watches. Inspired by the golden era of dive watches, the Diver collection features contemporary fumé dials with classic circular\/triangular hour markers characteristic of divers. Wren also incorporates a range of premium materials throughout the series, including sapphire and ceramic bezels, as well as titanium for select cases and bracelets. To match the excellent built quality, the brand equips its watches with dependable Swiss calibres from ETA or Sellita. Markers are cut through the Musou Black top plate to a lume layer beneath, rather than applied to the surface, so nothing sits proud to catch a highlight or throw a shadow.
