The BOLDR Expedition Enigmath is the brand’s first timepiece to feature a slide-rule bezel, harking back to an era when calculations were made on paper. Designed for adventure-seekers with a predilection for math, the bezel enables calculations of speed, distance, and more with just a few twists. The three models in the collection are inspired by iconic landmarks, such as the Coconino Blue, which pays tribute to Arizona’s Coconino Forest Reserve.

The BOLDR Expedition Enigmath boasts a robust 41mm sandblasted stainless steel case, offering impressive resistance to both extreme temperatures and corrosion. The dial flaunts an elegant ombre gradient that darkens towards the edge, highlighting the white inner bezel that houses the slide rule. Luminous hour markers, along with the lumed hour and minute hands, ensure easy readability. Enhanced by an AR-coated sapphire crystal, the watch’s dial remains crystal-clear in all lighting conditions, adding to its practical and durable design for outdoor adventures.

Driving the BOLDR Expedition Enigmath is the Japan-made Miyota 9039 movement, offering superior timekeeping with 28,800 vibrations per hour. The self-winding mechanism, along with hacking seconds, delivers excellent precision. With a power-reserve of 42 hours, it’s ready for extended adventures. Additionally, the 200m water resistance rating reinforces the Engimath’s rugged nature, allowing the wearer to confidently explorer diverse environments without a problem.

Dual crown appeal

The BOLDR Expedition Enigmath sports a particular dual-crown layout, housed within its robust 41mm case. The crown at 2 o’clock is designated to rotate the inner slide-rule bezel, offering quick access to calculation functions, while the crown at 4 o’clock, engraved with the BOLDR logo, is used for adjusting the time. Each Engimath watch arrives with a canvas strap, carefully colour-matched to the dial and lined with a leather-style finish for enhanced comfort and durability.
