Prepare to be blown away! Parisian horology artist Romaric André aka seconde/seconde has joined forces with iconic watch brand Nivada Grenchen and Time+Tide to unleash the ChaosMaster series. In this collaboration, seconde/seconde, who you can think of as an “graffiti watch artist” has taken the renowned Nivada Grenchen ChronoMaster Aviator Sea Divers and transformed it into a masterpiece of modern watchmaking art.

The mad world theme comes alive with labels like Nivada Grenchen, Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver and L Swiss printed upside down on the dial. The real conversation starter is the small emoji on the running seconds sub-dial at the 9 o'clock, a creation of seconde/seconde that lets you express yourself with a touch of whimsy. You can have your pick from Cool, Swirly or Sigh of Relief to reflect your current mood. Artistic flourishes aside, the ChaosMaster borrows the full suite of features from the original model, including a timing bezel, chronograph and a tachymeter.

The ChaosMaster’s dial embodies its name, flipping the script and embracing the chaos. However, it’s not all anarchy – there’s a smile in all this chaos!

Encased in 316L stainless steel, the ChaosMaster's 38mm case offers a comfortable and familiar size. Despite its artistic touches, the watch retains a 100-meter water resistance rating, making it suitable for most everyday situations. Powering this unconventional timepiece is a reliable Sellita SW510 manual winding chronograph movement with a 63 hour power reserve. To complete the look, the ChaosMaster arrives with a stylish black rubber strap featuring a textured checkerboard and perforated pattern, adding another layer of visual intrigue. Several dial colors are available through the "The Trio" pack.

Representing a new chapter in the collaboration between the Swiss watch brand, Time+Tide and seconde/seconde, this limited-edition timepiece aims to raise awareness about the devastating wildfires in Australia and declining koala population. Forgoing the emojis present in the other ChaosMaster models, this watch includes a cuddly koala hugging the intersection between the hour and minute hands as it would a tree, symbolizing resilience admits hardship. The Nivada Grenchen logo and dial markings return to their normal orientation on this model, while the core functionality remains unchanged compared to the other ChaosMaster models.
