RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your item can be returned within 14 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your watch. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

Do you price match with grey market retailers or offer discounts?
We understand your desire for a price match or discount, it's always worth asking! We take great pride in the brands we carry and work hard to represent the amazing value that they offer, awesome quality, history and exclusivity (most of our brands you can't find anywhere else in the United Kingdom). Preserving this value online and instore and for the people who own these pieces means we don't offer discounts. It's all about the experience with Time+Tide; before, during and after your purchase. We are more than happy to suggest something that may be more in line with your budget. We have a lot of great options and love talking about watches (live and breathe them) so happy to talk you through our range.
Can you ship to a Royal Mail PO Box?

Do you ship Studio Underd0g or Baltic watches?
Due to our agreement with the brands, we are unable to ship these watches. If you are able to visit our Studio Location, you can purchase it directly from us.
Do you charge shipping, customs, or tax?
In the UK, prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
Do you purchase or sell second-hand watches?
At this stage we are unable to do this. Feel free to reach out to us and we'll gladly point you in the right direction.
What are the conditions of your watches?
Our watches are brand new.
Do I need to pay VAT or customs duties when purchasing from outside the UK?
If you're ordering from outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery. This applies to all EU countries following Brexit (from 1st January 2021). Please refer to our FAQ page for the full breakdown of import duties.
